FAQ

Common questions

Honest answers to the questions families ask most.

Is there a minimum visit length?

Yes. Every visit is a minimum of one hour. During our initial assessment we will work with you to determine the right duration for your individual needs.

Will my loved one always have the same carer?

Yes — and this matters deeply to us. We build a small, dedicated team of familiar care professionals around each person we support. Through our no-stranger policy, everyone who visits will have been properly introduced beforehand.

What can a care professional help with?

Personal care, medication, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry, shopping, accompanied outings, social activities, arranging and attending appointments, and helping you stay connected with family.

How quickly can care start?

We will always do our very best to have support in place as soon as possible — in many cases within a matter of days. Please call us and we will do everything we can to help.
