Why Personal Promise Home Care Was Founded
Personal Promise Home Care was founded by Sharlean Campbell, who serves as both the Nominated Individual and Registered Manager. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the care sector, Sharlean’s journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to compassionate, values-led professionalism. After helping lead services that achieved CQC "Outstanding" ratings, she wanted to create a care service that reflects the values that matter most—compassion, dignity, continuity of care, and the time to build meaningful relationships. Personal Promise was founded on one simple belief—"If the care we provide is not good enough for our own family, it is not good enough for those we support." For us, care is not just a profession; it is a promise to support people with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion.
Delivering Care That Enables Independence
Our mission is to deliver compassionate, relationship-led home care that enables people to live safely, independently, and with dignity. We are committed to providing thoughtful, unhurried, and holistic support that recognises the whole person, not just their care needs. Through meaningful relationships and continuity of care, we create a service where every individual feels known, valued, and respected. Our approach goes beyond completing tasks; we support people to stay connected to their communities and continue living the life they value. We work closely with families and professionals to ensure reliable, coordinated, and compassionate care that provides peace of mind for everyone involved.
