Human connection is one of the most important aspects of wellbeing — and one of the most easily overlooked.

Loneliness and social isolation have a profound effect on health. For many people, what is needed most is a warm, genuine human presence.

FAQ

Common questions

Honest answers about companionship care.

How do you match companions?

Thoughtfully. We consider personality, interests, values, and character — not just practical availability. We will always introduce the companion properly before visits begin, and if the match does not feel right, we will find a better fit.

Is this the same as a visiting care professional?

The care professionals are drawn from the same team — but companionship visits focus on connection and shared time rather than personal care tasks. Many people start with companionship and add practical support later if needed.

Can companionship care include outings?

Absolutely. Cafés, parks, museums, theatres, day trips — accompanied outings are a big part of what companionship care offers.

How long are companionship visits?

Always a minimum of one hour — we never rush meaningful connection.
